Bill DePascalee
Head Chef and Assistant General Manager

Bill has been with the Silkworms since even before day 1.

Bill is in charge of food prep and ordering

Met with Silkworms General manager, Ed Slegeski in Keene New Hampshire when Slegeski was making team visits prior to bringing the Silkworms to Manchester.

Head chef and manager of food concession operations.

Jim Quaglia
Specialty Chef / Quality control


Jim is the assistant to Bill DePascale and in charge of preparation and delivery of game night specialty sandwiches.

Often works when team is on the road preparing the menu and ingredients for the next home game's Post game meal.

His booming voice is often overheard barking out orders and reminding customers of that evening's "fare"

 

Elaine Brigmann
Manager, Outside Concessions

Sister of Silkworms General Manager, Ed Slegeski, can often be seen making sure his language is not too colorful and is where he needs to be.

In charge of Outside concession operations and orderin.

Also in charge of preparation of Post game meal side dishes and delivery.

John Hovey
Manager, Popcorn operations

Retired from the town of Manchester, Lifelong Silkworms fan.

John maintains the quality and temperature of the popcorn machine, making sure that no kernal is served before it's time.

Often seen taste testing the product he serves. John's attitude is nothing gets served that he himself wouldn't eat.

Art St Louis
Vice President, Game Night Operations

Art is in charge of the smallest of details that go into the production of a Silkworms Home game. In charge of Baseballs ot Band-aids.

Personally oversees that each business area is set up and ready to go.

Creator of the popular "Baseball Bingo" game each night. Produces the nightly game night Program and it's contents.

Often seen on the radio Making sure that GM Ed Slegeski is where he needs to be during the game

Bob Molta
Director of Silkworms Sports Information/Statistics

Bob has been the Sports Information director of the Silkworms since our inception.

The official game scorer and keeper of every statistical detail of the Silkworms

In charge of reporting game night results nightly to the league office as well as providing statistics and background information to Silkworms Sports writers and Newspaper reporters.

Always the last one to leave the field after each home game.

Don Leypoldt
Silkworms Sports Writer
Don is another of the Silkworms writing staff. Has been with the Silkworms for over 3 years and now even still writes for the Silkworms from his current home in Philadelphia PA.

Don also writes game night stories remotely and coordinates the publishing of articles over the internet.

Don is in charge of writing the "Player Profiles" and is a part-time baseball scout.

Paul Ofria
Silkworms Sports Writer

Paul has been with the Silkworms even prior to us even throwing out hats and bats on the field.

Paul's past includes writing for a local newspaper as well as hosting his own weekly local cable sports talk show.

Paul, shares the responsibility of writing the nightly game stories that you read and often see in the newspapers.

Also the official historian of the Silkworms and the main writer of the popular "This night in Silkworms History".

Mike Pappas
Silkworms Public Address Announcer
The official voice of the Silkworms. Another Silkworms volunteer from before the beginning. Before coming to the Silkworms, Mike announced Manchester American Legion Baseball games.

A retired educator, Mike sits high atop the field and makes sure that everything on the field is coordinated and announced.

Mikes arrives well before each opening pitch and makes sure that each player and fan is recognized properly at the home of the Silkworms.

Steve Aldi
Front Gate
Steve is literally the first Silkworm face that you see each evening.

Retired now from the coporate world and a Shrine clown. Steve brings a smile to the park as he drops your tickets in the bucket.
